Luke 8:25 And He said to them, Where is your faith? And they being afraid wondered, saying one to another, What manner of man is this! For He commands even the winds and water, and they obey Him.

This could definitely be elaborated upon, but I would like to thank God for all His daughters that He has afforded me for such a time as this.  He is faithful even when I am faithless.  You too, if facing any mountain beyond you, BE ENCOURAGED and remember to cast all yours cares upon Him for He cares for you–rest in His peace that surpasses ALL understanding (Philippians 4:6-7).  He will see you through for our God is mighty to save!! So, hold on tight to His hands because He is always with you never to leave nor forsake you.  GOD IS IN CONTROL~

In my distress, you were present

He sent you and you remained

Not maimed by life’s events

Amidst it all, my focus shifted

Lifted spirit to God for you,

For you, my divinely sent distraction

May He bless and keep you

You will remain welcomed

Now becoming a constant

I could not ask for more

But thank God for you

…nothing like them, but there is victory in Jesus!

We are able to count it all joy through tribulations (James 1:2-3)!!

Joy? We may experience it when all is happy-happy, joy-joy,

But how about during those storms? Those thunderstorms?

The times of uncertainty??

During those moments, his attacks may sometimes feel as if I have been

Beaten and kicked aside in pain and anguish.

Yet, Christ suffered much, much more not only for I but you as well!

So, in that, we are able to find victory

For by His stripes, we are healed!!

I will say that I am often amazed at his relentlessness

In attempting to rob us of our joy

However, we must not give in nor give up!!

We have to keep pressing on!

When ever I say, “God is good, all the time!”

Lord please examine my heart so that I will

Indeed mean it that You are good all the time and

You are in perfect control of every situation,

You are worthy to be praised whether hills or valleys.

Thank You, Master.  Be exalted Saviour!

I adore You Papa!!

“Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness! You have relieved me in my distress; Have mercy on me, and hear my prayer” (Psalm 4:1).

“Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me.” (Psalm 50:15).

Lord, I come to You relinquishing all at the foot of the cross.  Thank You for never leaving nor forsaking me, all Your other children included.  I pray that You would help me to rejoice, pray and thank You always.  I thank You for the reminders of doing just that even when in a cumbersome situation such as at the present, You are here and I thank/love You.  Every thought of You leads me to desire more of You.  Please continue to have Your way.  Please…

…is first and foremost in Christ, then of course His creation.  Don’t you just love it when you are upset and downcast then a breeze passes by and tickles your neck, thus placing a smile on your face even though you promised yourself “no smiling”?! 🙂 In fact, God have mercy on us when we think that way! How about when you are strolling in a mall or just a park and you hear a baby’s laugh or cry? I treasure the times when I am crying out to Him and He assures me in His word, through prayer, and even people that He has heard me and is always there? How about when He gives us songs in the night with His peace that surpasses all understanding, especially when it hits right into the depths of our hearts?? Even though our kids may be noisy, is it not wonderful how we prefer they stay healthy than sick? Praise God for life.

Thanks to God for never giving up on us though most and yes, even our loved ones may lose hope on our behalf.  I thank God for those difficult times, such as with finances, when we do not know where the money for the disconnection bill will come from and yet, He remains faithful and comes to our rescue just as we surrender ALL to Him which is very crucial and I pray we let go of everything and let Him take charge for He does know best! Do you remember the last time you sat in your room and probably on your knees at His feet or maybe in your car and He met you just where you were?!

Hmmm, I could keep writing, but you know what I would suffice in prayer that we would continue to love Him and one another not only in words but in action.  May we press on and have nil option of giving up!! In addition, just as we remain in prayer, word and fellowship, I pray we would continue to share Him with those divinely set opportunities, may we listen to His voice in obedience, and may we continue to love, labor and live for Him and one another for Jesus Christ is our very lives and without Him, we are nothing and cannot do anything for we are limited and He, limitless! In Jesus’ Name, Amen!!

For such a time in my life, I praise God for the sacred echo and Living Water.  I could not ask for more! Both books remind me of the importance of our relationship with Christ Jesus.  As we pray, we would need to also listen and remain available so that His living water flows in and through us and the need to commit not only in words but in deed to relationship with our Savior.  These are must read as He leads! Lord, thanks for using Zondervan, authors, et cetera as tools in the process of providing this book available to us.

God is our vision and I pray it will remain.  I was not looking for a mate but he came knocking.  Only God knows the steps as we wait on Him.  I am grateful to the couples at church that God is using to give me wise counsels.  I pray we remain in Him as He in us.  Lord, as we trust and acknowledge You, please continue to direct our part.  You are in control of our lives—please take us as we are and transform us into man and woman after Your heart.  Time will tell with regard to our relationship type, but I thank You for this time of patience, Your hand in our lives, and the overflowing power of the Holy Spirit in all that we say and do.

Loving and praising You for the couples in addition to the one You’ve brought into my life.  In Jesus’ name, amen!
