…that only what we do for Christ will last.  We are about to celebrate our son’s first birthday, I pray his life will be about Christ so help us LORD.  I pray we will represent Christ-like legacy for him when it’s all said and done by His grace alone.

As I sit to write before I go about the rest of my evening which I give to You, the below song was brought to mind…You see, I am not a writer, a painter, etc.  I am special because You loves me! I am so thankful for Your love that is like no other.  Thank You, Papa, for loving me so.  Thank You so much for knowing best even when I see things through thick fogs–I would not trade this season for another.  Thank You for my son.  Indeed, he kept me busy today while your son, my hubbie, was at the men’s conference, yet I thank You for who You have made him (and will continue to make him) to be! Now that he is sleeping like a baby, I thank You too.  He is our treasure.  I give him back to You as You well know.  May he grow to be a man after Your heart.  Thank You for choosing us to be his parents.  Help us to be good stewards on his behalf.  Thank You for the wonderful of it all.  Thank You for Your love!

O, THE WONDER OF IT ALL

 (George Beverly Shea)

There’s the wonder of sunset at evening,
The
wonder as sunrise I see;
But the wonder of wonders that thrills my soul
Is
the wonder the God loves me.

 Chorus:

O, the wonder of it all! The wonder of it all!
Just to think that God loves me.
O, the wonder of it all! The wonder
of it all!
Just to think that God loves me.

There’s the wonder of springtime and
harvest,
The sky, the stars, the sun;
But the wonder of wonders that
thrills my soul
Is the wonder that’s only begun.

I thank God for life.  He gives and He takes.  This evening I received the news of a baby who died a week shy of estimated due date due to cord that suffocated him or her.  As we pray comfort for his or her parents, I thank God that they can rest in His love in His everlasting arms because God is faithful and sovereign through it all whether pain or not.  Lord, thank You for the opportunity to thank You and to continue to choose Life so that we may live.

This is not the first time that my baby, God’s gift, had fallen

But today’s reminded me of God’s love to me even when I fall.

He warns me but I get to make the choice.

He directs me yet I get to choose to obey or not.

Today, we are thankful for God’s continued

Love, guidance, provision, grace, peace, mercy, faithfulness

But we know we are all about to embark on a new season.

My hubbie and I received this text from our friend and brother:

“God Will OPEN the DOOR! And No man will be able to close it-

a step of faith, that’s all it takes!:)”

I echoed amen because it is true!

Just as I was hurt to see my baby’s tears/blood upon falling,

Our Lord hurts for us too

But the great thing is as we continue to take steps of faith,

He will never leave nor forsake us, He will never tell us

I told you so, and He will forever take us in His embrace

Wiping away our tears while cleaning our blood stains, and

Consoling us with His gentle touch until we are ready

To continue to press on!

Lord Jesus, we look to You and thank YOU for every

Season that You sovereignly bring before us.

I love who You are and look to the providence

You have set before each of us.

We will not fear but continue to walk by faith

And not by sight! Amen.

We mountain.  Shooting stars.  Missions conference.  Those are some of the words that are as pieces of puzzles that was pieced together by the Lord to lead me to marriage.  Before I continue, tonight, God blessed me by this very inspiring movie:  Straight From The Heart.  I am very picky about my movies but this one became one of my favorites thus far.  It contained certain elements that I love and cherish–Music.  Country music.  Dancing.  Mountains.  Pictures.  True love.  Shooting stars.  Being real.  New beginnings.  Being able to love again.  Forgiveness.  Learning from the past, letting go of it, and embracing the present while looking to the future.  Making most of every moment.  Cherishing the simple things of life.  Horses.  Laughter.  Beauty.  Elegance.  Marriage.  I am glad my hubbie and I gave the movie a chance even though we thought it would be horrible.  Thank You, Jesus, for the way You continue to orchestrate my life.  I pray Your perfect will in my life continuously.  You promise and do keep.  Thank You for prayer.  Thank You for calling me into marriage and motherhood.  Thank You always for all things.  I look to You and I know this is only the beginning to You amazing me by who You are to me and all You do not only in me but through me.  It is not about me but You and You alone.  May my life bring You glory.  By the precious grace of God, Daddy, please use me to radiate Your compassion and love to the dying world because You are God–my heart is forever and always Yours, O LORD.

God breaks through the messes of our life! Parenting. Marriage. Work. Finances…

God is God and HE IS ABLE!! I thank God for using pastor Jon Courson to remind

me because it is not about life insurance but life assurance in Christ Jesus that

God is with each one of us.  I give my all to You, dearest Lord.  You are amazing

and I love the way You continue to intervene in my life.  I am nothing apart

from You.  Thank You for my husband and son plus rest of loved ones.

Even though I do not know the types of messes ahead (hopefully none

of course but You know best and I trust You), one thing I know is

You will always stand true, staying the course because You are God.

But God…Thank You for continuing to move in our messes!

I love You, Papa.

(Genesis 20:3)

1 John 5

<14> And this is the confidence that we have in Him, that, if we ask any thing according to His will, He heareth us:

<15> And if we know that He hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of Him.

As I sit here, today, June 20th 2011 at 8:34pm, I sit here in awe of who God is to me.

My life was never the same 16 years ago today
when I arrived in US with my grandma and uncle.

I thank You, Jesus.

You have my heart and I am Yours forever.

There is no one like You, Papa.  I surrender all to
You and my aunt reminded me this morning, it is well with our souls and our
hope is built on nothing else but You, our Jesus.

Be thou glorified in and through us.

I know You see her pain…You see us just as we are.

I thank You.  We trust You.

We rely on You alone to see us faithfully in and

through this life and the one to come.

Thank You for Your beautiful embrace of never letting go of us.
I praise You for the sweet reflection of yesterday as I washed baby’s
bottles…thank You for the freedom we have in You amidst the cares of this
world.  I thank You for every season
belongs to You whether it is fall, winter, spring, or summer.

Oh glorious Daddy, I am forever captivated by
You! In Jesus’name, amen.

JESUS, I thank you for continuing to make the impossible possible.  Thank you GOD!

I thank God for His amazing grace and unfailing love.  I praise Him for blessing me with my husband as well as our son.  God is so good beyond comprehension.  My prayer remains to be with Him and serve Him wholeheartedly.  Lord Jesus, I thank you for who You are to me.  You never fail.  I know I am nothing apart from You.  I give You all that I am and have.  You are my all in all.  Thank You for my hubbie, Your son, and my son Your son who is now 6 months old.  He is truly a gift and we thank You for him! It is a blessing to watch him sleep as he is now and to try to see life through his lenses.

His child-like faith is awesome and I see why we should have that as adults yet Your children because he needs us as his parents to be there to protect him as he explores; to be there to catch him should he start to fall; to help to ease his pain (he now has his two lower teeth); to feed him if he is hungry; change him/clean him whenever needed; help him sleep/rest so that he will feel better; love him and love on him; give him lots kisses and hugs; give him options not just no answers; and help him to know YOU because You  are our everything and without You, there is no hope and future.  Papa, therefore, I thank You for dying for my sins and rising again so that I may live eternally with You.  I give You back all that You have given me because Your hands far exceed mine and Your leadings best.  I trust You and pray to look to You rejoicing on how You LOVE me!!
